Life is challenging enough, but without deep and refreshing sleep, one may feel like Sisyphus, condemned to pushing a boulder uphill. Conversely, with nourishing sleep on-board, one has greater flexibility and inner resources to meet the day's challenges.
Back in the 1990's, I had a serious health crisis from sleep deprivation. With the demands of family life, a busy psychotherapy practice, and writing my doctoral dissertation, there just wasn't enough time in a day for the many tasks at hand. For nearly two years, I slept a scant few hours a night, and soldiered on during the day. Eventually, the debt from chronic sleep deprivation came due — it was a hard lesson learned! While regaining my health, I learned a great deal about the profound Mysteries of Sleep and how to re-balance unhealthful sleep patterns.
For over thirty years, I've helped clients turn around all sorts of unhealthful patterns. I'd like to be of assistance to you as well.
